This poster presents approaches to identify relevant medications using Knowledge Graphs (KGs) built from unstructured data for Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). Results are compared with Large Language Model (LLM) ChatGPT and are evaluated by domain experts and with real world data (RWD).
