Nanophotonics devices and integration for future applications
Abstract
IBM has established a sub-100nm technology platform for monolithic integration of deeplyscaled nanophotonics devices with analog mixed signal circuits. The CMOS-integrated nanophotonics technology is promising for cost-effective 25Gbps transceivers operating within extended temperature ranges. © OSA 2013.
