Properties of thin IrMn in exchange biased multilayers
Abstract
The properties of thin IrMn in exchange biased multilayers was investigated. The resistances and magnetization versus temperature was measured for three sets of samples. The results showed that the resistance was influenced by a combination of the magnetic transition and the structural properties of the IrMn layer.
