Shuang (Sherry) Yu received a Bachelor of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering degree (with first class honours) in 2013 and a Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2020, both from Monash University.
Before joining IBM, she worked on deep learning, natural language processing and robotics projects at DST (Adelaide) and Monash University (Melbourne).
Sherry joined IBM Research Australia in 2020, and her current research focus is deep learning for seizure detection.
