Dany Moshkovich

Dany leads the AgentOps initiative at IBM Research, where he drives the research and development of tools, methods, and infrastructure to observe, debug, enhance, and evolve agentic AI systems. AgentOps aims to deliver transparency, actionable insights, intelligent recommendations, and automated optimizations throughout the AI system lifecycle—from development to production.

He is an experienced technical lead, researcher, and manager with a strong track record in advancing emerging technologies. His work spans embedded systems, code analysis tools, AI-driven analytics, decentralized blockchain platforms, and GenAI agentic systems. Dany holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Open University of Israel. He has published research papers and blogs, and is the author of numerous patents. He brings deep expertise in both technology innovation and client engagement.
