50 Gb/s SiGe BiCMOS 4:1 multiplexer and 1:4 demultiplexer for serial-communication systems
Abstract
50 Gb/s SiGe BiCMOS 4:1 multiplexer and 1:4 demultiplexer for serial-communication systems were presented. Multiplexer and demultiplexer were packaged to enable bit-error-rate testing by connecting their serial interfaces. Results showed that SiGe BiCMOS technology is suitable for high speed wired communication applications.
