Polymer waveguide based electro-optical assembly technology for computing applications

We extend our state-of-the-art multi-mode polymer waveguide technology to single-mode operation at a wavelength of 1300 nm and demonstrate the potential of this single-mode optical PCB technology for the assembly of silicon photonics chips.
